If you’re visiting our online payment portal for the first time:
Figure 1.1: Add your Mutual of Omaha account number and ZIP code in the fields shown below. After you complete these fields, be sure to review the payment authorization terms, click the I Agree, and Add Account.
Figure 1.2: Once you complete those steps, you’ll see this screen confirming your data has been added.
Set up online payments
To add a payment method:

To make an online payment:
Figure 3.1: Paying your bill via one-time payment – select Pay My Bill from the menu at left or the Pay Bill button on the right.
Figure 3.2: Select your member ID number and click Continue.
Figure 3.3: Confirming Payment Details to make a payment – click Continue to confirm and then submit.
To set up auto pay:
Figure 4.1: Setting up AutoPay where they have not been enabled but Payment Methods exist in My Wallet. Click AutoPay either within the menu at the left or the button on the right.

Figure 4.3: From the AutoPay setup screen select Frequency, Start Date and Payment Method. From this screen you can also Edit these aspects of your AutoPay arrangements.
