Mutual of Omaha won't offer prescription drug plans in 2025. If you are a 2024 member and didn't receive a letter from us about this change, please let us know. Contact Member Services at 855-864-6797 (TTY: 800-716-3231) or fill out this form to request to have a new letter mailed to you.

Your letter provides proof you have a special right to join a different Medicare plan.
